I had tried a mince pie flavoured fudge a weeks weeks before trying this one, The previous was was nice but too sweet. This one was nice and subtle. They seem to get the perfect balance with the flavour. Nice and soft or you can put it in the fridge for a firmer bite. A lot of vegan fudge can be crumply and/or too sweet, not Slab Artisan Fudge.
