We only use local whipping cream and butter from our neighbours just down the road at Briddlesford Farm on the Isle of Wight to create fudge that is not only delicious but also ethically considered. Our fudge is all handmade and super fresh every time – we produce fudge batches daily and you will find no suspicious 6 month best before on our fudge – fresh means fresh! Only natural flavourings where possible, real fruit and real sea-salt flakes ensure that our fudge holds up against any competition when it comes to taste.
