Slab was established in 2015 after a winter of fudge experimentation and practise. Our aim was to create a range of artisan fudge that was both unique in appearance and mouth-wateringly delicious. After many years of recipe tweaking and brand development, we now have a range of decadent, eye-catching artisan fudges all made by hand and wrapped in our Slab shop & unit.
